IF THE BILLING ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH, YOUR PAYMENT WILL NOT PROCESS.

IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION AFTER A DECLINE, IT WILL FALL OFF — IT ONLY SHOWS THAT YOU ATTEMPTED THE TRANSACTION AND WERE NOT CHARGED.

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

There is always a processing period of 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Example: If you place an order on Friday, processing will begin the next business day, which is Monday.

Express Shipping:
Express shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

Regular Shipping:
Regular shipping usually takes 5–9 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping:


International orders generally take 9–12 business days, depending on your location.

All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
Please note: Business days are Monday–Friday.

2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After your tracking email is sent, please allow 24–72 hours for the shipping activity to begin updating. Your tracking number will be delivered directly to your email — be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it’s not in your inbox.

3. Can I make changes to my order?

To ensure quick delivery, all orders are processed daily. Because of this, orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
